Board Certified Behavior Analyst
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) is a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Professionals who are certified at the BCBA level are independent practitioners who provide behavior-analytic services. In addition, BCBAs supervise the work of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions. (www.bacb.com). Our Clinical Director meets the qualifications for supervision of those who are seeking the BCBA certification.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts hold undergraduate certification and have completed clinical experience hours in the field of behavior analysis. Our BCaBAs work alongside our BCBA teams to develop treatment plans and supervise implementation by Registered Behavior Technicians. Our Clinical Director meets the qualifications for supervision of those who are seeking the BCaBA certification.
Registered Behavior TechnicianTM
The Registered Behavior TechnicianTM (RBT®) is a paraprofessional who practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCaBA, BCBA, or BCBA-D. The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services. (www.bacb.com). Our team of RBTs are responsible for implementation of treatment plans, attending team meetings, and daily documentation of treatment sessions. Inspire ABA RBTs must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, have the ability to work independently, participate in collaboration team meetings, and have excellent time management skills. Inspire ABA will provide supervision and training to those who meet the qualifications but do not yet have certification.
